$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libglobus-gss-assist-dbg 

libglobus-gss-assist-dbg is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libglobus-gss-assist-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libglobus-gss-assist-dbg *

You will get with libglobus-gss-assist-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
